I’m Karen — Pre & Postnatal Coach, Pilates teacher, certified Fitness Trainer from Peru and living in Germany.

I support women through every stage of motherhood

In  pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Whether you’re currently pregnant, preparing for birth, or navigating recovery after having your baby, you’re in the right place.

About

My journey into this work is deeply personal. After giving birth, I experienced a prolapse — something that completely changed how I saw my body and my recovery. I quickly realized how little information, guidance, and open conversation there is around postpartum healing, especially when it comes to topics that still feel taboo, like the pelvic floor.

Rebuilding my strength, reconnecting with my core, and learning how to properly engage and train my pelvic floor became essential — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. This experience is what led me to become a Prenatal & Postnatal Coach, so I can support other women with the knowledge, tools, and understanding I wish I had.

Today, I can jump, run, and move freely again — without fear, with strength, and with control. And that’s exactly what I want for you too.

As a migrant mom, I also know what it feels like to go through pregnancy and postpartum away from familiar support systems. That’s why I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way.

My approach combines strength training, Pilates, functional training, breathwork, and targeted pelvic floor training — all adapted to support you safely during pregnancy and help you recover postpartum. I focus on building strength from within, especially in the core and pelvic floor, so you can feel stable, confident, and connected to your body.

This is not about “bouncing back.” It’s about moving with intention, supporting your body through every phase, and feeling strong and at home in your body again.

You deserve to feel supported, empowered, and strong — and I’m here to guide you through it. 

I offer my support in German, English, and Spanish — so you can feel comfortable and fully understood in your journey.

Whether you want me by your side every step of the way or just need a solid roadmap to follow, I'm here to help you move with ease.

Stop the guesswork. I offer customized, 1:1 coaching for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Whether your goal is healing pelvic floor symptoms or regaining your strength, I provide the plan and the accountability to get you there safely.
